The Trade Show main hall space is SOLD OUT!

We have, however, created overflow space in the main hall annex, shown as A, B, C and D in the revised map.
We are also offering additional space in the Riverview Terrace (see map) leading directly into the Exhibit Hall, available at a discounted fee.

All booths include: pipe/drape, skirted table, 2 chairs, 700 watt power, Internet access.

To facilitate optimum positioning of buffet/bars/cocktail tables within Exhibit Hall concourse, there are 2 booths sizes available ( see map):

• Booths #1 - #18 are 8x10
• Booths #19 - #34 are 8x8...so to offset that 2',
  we are including 2 complimentary bottles Fairmont wine!
