SWANA does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our individual visitors to anyone outside of SWANA. All credit card information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any other provider.

SWANA does not identify individual visitors to our website other than by their IP addresses. We use your IP address to help administer our website. We attempt to keep the information that you submit to us secure. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information we collect online. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet and no data storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot warrant the security of any information transmitted to us and you do so at your own risk.

Refund Policy

A full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be issued prior to 30 days before a training or conference event. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of a training or conference event which the participant is registered for. Although refunds will not be issued, substitutions can be made within 30 days of an event.
