SWANA Northern Lights Chapter Certification Training Policy:
- All courses include customized Canadian and respective provincial
content, as well as an appropriate facility/site tour.
- For courses that conclude with a written exam, that exam is
always optional and only required for those wishing to obtain
official SWANA certification.
- SWANA's Landfill Operations Basics Course offers comprehensive
preparation for those required to write the Alberta Certification
Exam
- Upon request, challenge exams can also be administered for any
SWANA Certification course, whether or not the course itself is
being offered.
- Class size is limited to 30 participants per individual course
(first-come/first-served, upon paid registration); registration
closes 1 week prior to course start date.
- SWANA Members are eligible for fee discounts on all courses
and exams.
- All course and/or exam registrations will be facilitated online
at www.swananorthernlights.org/training
- Payment will be accepted online by credit card (at time of registration)
or off-line by either credit card, cheque or Purchase Order.
